Meet Our Staff

I have been in education for 40 years! I worked at J.C. Mitchell Elementary School BEGINNING IN 1985, where I was the Afterschool Director.  In 1993 I  started a Pilot Preschool Program at J. C. Mitchell - The Early Learning Center. I was the Director and Head Teacher for 18 years.  I also worked for The City of Boca Raton as the Director of the J.C. Mitchell Summer camp for 23 years.  My dream was to open my own Preschool!  In June of 2010, I opened Miss Fran's Early Learning Center.  I have a degree in Early Childhood Ed, CDA certificate and an advanced VPK Directors' Credential. I am certified in Infant to Adult CPR/First Aid.  

I am an enthusiastic educator with a passionate commitment to student development as a whole child fostering academic, social and life skills.

I have worked for Miss Fran for 30 years starting at J C Mitchell!  This is my 15th year at Miss Fran's Early Learning Center as a teacher in the 3&4 class.  I have my DCF training certificate, over 150 hours of in-service educational training and am certified in Infant to Adult CPR and First Aid.  I have two beautiful grandchildren!
