Miss Fran - Owner/Director/3&4 Class teacher
I have been in education for 40 years! I worked at J.C. Mitchell Elementary School BEGINNING IN 1985, where I was the Afterschool Director. In 1993 I started a Pilot Preschool Program at J. C. Mitchell - The Early Learning Center. I was the Director and Head Teacher for 18 years. I also worked for The City of Boca Raton as the Director of the J.C. Mitchell Summer camp for 23 years. My dream was to open my own Preschool! In June of 2010, I opened Miss Fran's Early Learning Center. I have a degree in Early Childhood Ed, CDA certificate and an advanced VPK Directors' Credential. I am certified in Infant to Adult CPR/First Aid.
I am an enthusiastic educator with a passionate commitment to student development as a whole child fostering academic, social and life skills.

tWO cLASS TEACHER - mISS CHARMONY
This is my first year teaching at Miss Fran's ELC and my 3rd year as a Pre-School teacher. I have my DCF Educational certificate and I am certified in Infant to Adult CPR and First Aid. I am excited to be the Two Class Teacher!
Miss Leigh - VPK Lead Teacher and Assistant Director
I've worked with children all ages for 10 years. I am in my 7th year teaching in the Miss Fran's ELC VPK program. I have my DCF Education Certificate, over 70 hours of educational inservice hours, a CDA and I am certified in Infant to Adult CPR and First Aid. I am a mother to a beautiful little girl and boy!
